Direction of the forum -- how should I handle free speech in the 2020s?

Pretty sure druff knows I wasn't commanding him to do anything, because I'm not a moron. I was just advocating for what I think he should do. That's what this thread is for. He asks in the thread title "how should I handle free speech in the 2020s?" I give an answer. Druff doesn't ask for advice on how to run his forum very often, so when he does, might as well give him honest answers.
