You beat me to it. I was going to say Gb got screwed by an injury but it wasnt Rodgers it was Cutlers.
Most people think GB has a bad Def but they dont. They actually had a very good defense this year even with all the injuries. That qb shredded them. Alot of Gbs defense is their offense so not having Rodgers hurts but that qb made big plays when needed and no mistakes. As a Packer fan I hope Cutler gets his job back because that Mccown or whatever his name is is for real.
Gb was depleted going into the game, but its pretty simple for Chicago to beat GB in GB Rodgers has to get hurt. Its like the Broncos if you can predict manning going down they could lose to anyone.
Gb had over 200 rushing yards against 8-9 man boxes. I mean it doesnt take a genius to realize its a easy win with Rodgers.
A couple monster college games tonight.
Oregon vs. Stanford
Baylor vs. Oklahoma
I'm curious to see how the Sooners handle the Baylor offense who is #1 in the country averaging 63.9 points a game.
What's your thoughts on Oklahoma's D + run game? I was looking at the total and if it keeps going up was going to blindly put some on the Under.
Similar spot to Oregon vs UCLA where the o/u was 75. These lines seem to get super inflated since they heavily beat up on inferior teams. When they play a team with actual defense + a run game the under seems like a +EV bet
75 sounds so large but Oklahoma has given up over 30 to Texas Tech and Texas. Baylor has a better offense then either of them from what we've seen but they also haven't played anyone.
Baylor and Oklahoma only have one similar opponent so far which was Kansas and it was much closer with Oklahoma beating them 35-19 then Baylor 59-14.
I'm going to stay away from the total unless I tease it. This game could be a shootout for all I know like the game Baylor played against West Virginia who scored more points in that game in defeat then any game they won this year.
With so much action on the over it could be worth a shot on the under but I'd wait close to game time because that line could be inflated more.
I'm thinking of just 13 point teasing both games tonight like this:
Oklahoma +16 (-105) +29
Over 74 (-105) Oklahoma vs. Baylor 61
Stanford +11 (-115) +24
Over 62 (-105) Oregon vs. Stanford 49
Busted the poker account a few weeks ago and put my scraps on some parlays tonight... The 6 team payout seems insane.. Is this correct for such a small bet....

Best college football Thursday in a LONG time.
Oregon is always good but this looks to be their most explosive team ever and by far their best QB who is getting better every week. Can they go on the road and take out a tough stanford team? I know they can win but can they march in there and blow them out?
Then you have the changing of the guard in the Big 12. Art Briles may be the best coach in the country. This guy has to recruit against all of the Texas/Oklahoma and SEC schools and has taken Baylor from a nothing program to a potential national title contender and has already produced a Heisman. Would love to see them beat down Oklahoma tonight for the country to see they are for real even though they haven't played any "top" teams.
If texas fires brown or forces him out Briles will be the next Texas coach provided Saban doesn't want it.
no idea on parlays, if I fire them I pick 6 -10 teams and put very little on them and see what happens, payouts are big thats all I know
I never bet parlay anymore fade, but I'm guessing that's right. From what I recall from back in the day, the parlay tickets I used to sell when I was young paid 40/1 on a 6 teamer, and they were rip offs, and offered worse odds in general, so that's probably about right with mostly straight action.
You should be good, because I am taking Baylor and Oregon (and besides the joke of a Chicago straight up bet, Im running shitty)
I still think Oregon is going to have to blow people out in order to get to the Championship. Talking heads saying Bama and Ore for sure, but if they dont play well, FL St IMO gets to #2 and plays for trophy. Id love to see LSU win and turn the final 3/4 teams rankings into a circus. I also like the Unders because teams will be a little tight trying to ensure minimal errors against tough opponents. Baylor has a good run game, so if OK can cover the receivers tight tonight, Baylor switches to a run game a bit more frequently, causing the clock to run more.
