My aircard is 10x more likely to have connection problems then my DSL internet ever does. An aircard is a poor long term option if you are looking for stability. I don't really understand your worry. Remember, he is the one who threw in the judging part. Every judge will side with you since they are judging the results on what they perceived the bet to be at the time of the bet. To be impartial the judges would have to disregard anything either of you said after the bet was made.
