At this point Jasep announced the stake was sold out. 100 shares @$50/share sold.

Then, a few days ago, when all hell is breaking loose, Jasep offers his investors a full refund with profits, for those who want out.

According to the 'thank you' list on the last video Jasep posted, he omitted the names BellyBuster, Drexel, Pikachar and tony bagadonuts from the list of investors.

(Did all of these people exercise their option for a refund? Drexel? Did Jasep pay these people back?)

There are also other stories about additional shares being sold. Pikachar's post above regarding the $150 for 3 additional shares in mid January is one example. I believe MadDad bought additional shares recently as well.

Jasep - the next con.

I've quoted sandwich from page 30-something of this thread.

During the closing phase of Projekt Sep, a few odd things happened. Firstly, all the investors got PMs from Jasep saying if you want to bail, PM him and he woulld cash you out at $50/share. After that, another PM offering to resell stakes as some individuals had backed out.

So now it looks like Jasep had oversold the 100 shares to around 105 - 110. At some point someone was bound to ask for an updated share list. How is Jasep going to explain the oversold shares?

As sandwich pointed out above a few names including mine disappeared from the final projekt sep video. But I hadn't cashed in - or asked to. I did randomly get $1.00 on paypal though.

My guess is Jasep was happy to bump me off the list and claim he paid me back the $100, but that he accidently typed in $1.00 into paypal instead of $100. I would then get the sorry I'll give you the $99 by echeck to buy a bit more time. But by then then the time was up.

Truly scummy.
