Not for nothing, but the number one reason for me participating in this BAP is the fact that after the Templar debacle Jasep made me whole. He did me a solid at the time and I felt it was the right thing to do to repay the favor in some respect. If not for that I probably would have passed.

Only reason I donated to this shit was because the guy has been extremely cool to me ever since I got involved with VPR, and I felt bad for him and wanted to pitch in a little and possibly help get him back on his feet. I actually even felt a little guilty that I waited till almost the end of all the shares being bought up...lol.
BTW, not to state the obvious, but considering how heinous it would be to be accused of ripping off a charity, and how easy it would be to prove his innocence... The fact that he has said squadoosh about that over the last 24-48 hours speaks volumes. There is about a 99.9% chance now that he is guilty of that shit as well.
At this point I am completely fine with never seeing my money again. I wouldn't want to think it came from ripping off some poor old lady or whatever other fucked up scheme this guy came up with.

Now when his paypal account has a neg balance, I really won't give 2 fucks about how he funds it. What I will say is that yea I was 100% duped by this fucker and even defended him up until yesterday but in any business transaction you should always have an out or a way to try and get back money of things go wrong. I wqs dumb enough to invest, I was dumb enough to believe, I made these decisions as an adult and I need to deal with the consequences... I hope he doesn't fund his neg balance account with 22q money once I get my refund or with some other poor saps money, but unless it's not my problem. I am handling it legally throigh paypal and whatever happens on the other end I don't fucking care.What I want to see is if the guys who are owed money would accept it knowing that it is coming from some other poor fool who got suckered. Because if they think he still has even one nickel of that original $5000, they are just simply beyond help. If you take that money, you're basically just passing the scam along, and not really doing anything to put an end to it.

Jasep didn't confer with me before he posted the BAP on VPR or PFA. I even expressed my displeasure with China when I read it. Not because I thought it would turn out like this but because I thought it was embarrassing to the site that an owner of our site was in essence begging for money.
I have admitted multiple times in this thread that I grossly handled the situation wrong
A) I should have not taken his word at face value that he was putting in the $600 he owed me
B) I should have insisted Jasep posted in the BAP he was putting in the cash value of my 12 shares from monies
he owed me
C) I should have posted myself if Jasep was unwilling to do so
Shares had already been sold before I got involved. It would not have mattered whether I just told him "hey start making payments to me that you can afford" The 5k was going to be collected either way and again I had absolutely no indication that anything close to this awful would occur.
I have spent a majority of the past 3 weeks, and at least 8 hours per day the last week, putting all the pieces together. Talking with people who know him in real life, other parties I had never spoken to so that I could put all the pieces together.
I am embarrassed and sick to my stomach over all that has happened and my role in inadvertently perpetuating this. Until I see proof that the 22q was handled properly, this situation will consume me.
I am glad at very least that the efforts of Mark, Pikachar, Joe, Kevin, myself and a few others at least prevented him from being able to garner any more $ by offering non existent, worthless shares in VPR.
I dont care about my money. If by some far fetched chance my echeck clears next week, I will send every penny to those who haven't been paid first.
I will keep in contact with Kevin and Tim Byrd- his closest friend in life to apply pressure until Jasep makes this right
I will contact his father, his mother, his daughters mother and anyone else I can find (and I will find them), not to harass them, but to inform them what kind of person Johnny is.
I will make sure his first and last name, city and state, are SEO'ed to the point that he will realize this will leave behind a life long trail if not made right.
I will do my best to make sure that he has no other choice to make this right or permanently live the rest of his life with this stigma following him.
That is all I can do. I know others will help me as well.

However, even after it was well known that Ted Bundy was a sociopathic serial murderer of young women, apparently there were scads of young women lining up to date him. Your beloved Chinamaniac is no different from these girls in terms of judgment of sociopathic criminals. Maybe these girls were trustworthy too, but I would still question their judgment.
