HOWEVER after reading this thread and responses, I do agree they are not at fault for us getting rolled.
The only people they would be at fault would be when Jasep was re-selling Drexel's shares since he was bowing out and if anyone bought the extra shares (believe me I was really close to buying them up).
The best idea going forward would be to pursue all remedies as a united front. Being pissed at anyone except jasep will not help end this matter, and always remember hindsight is 20/20.
