This is completely false.

I was so unhappy with him last year that he actually thought he would be insta-banned if he registered on PFA.

While I have gotten past those issues, it's not like we have since become best buddies, and we never talk aside from when he contacted me last night to see if I would escrow this bet and finally put an end to this annoying situation.

Finally, note that I could have shipped your entire $75 to vegas1369 from The Templar fund, and most of the users here would have applauded me for it. If I was a vegas1369 asskisser, that's definitely what I would have done, but the decision I made (giving you the money from the part I was holding, and leaving the donated money up to the people who donated it, one of whom hates vegas1369), was much more in your favor than his. I have taken a lot of shit for that, so clearly I don't have any bias against you.

I just came off of a monthlong ban here. The reason you banned me that day was because I attacked you personally. Now, a mere few days after my ban has been lifted Im expected to ship you $500 to escrow a bet? A bet that the other party has refused to escrow for months? REMOVE YOURSELF AND LOOK AT IT FROM MY SIDE. Does that all not sound crazy?

Get real. Look at this site, people attack me personally all the time, and almost no one gets banned here.

I banned you for dominating the forum with terribleness. I have done the same to limitles in the past, and he rarely attacks me.

Again, if I was anti-jsearles, I would leave you banned, and again most of the userbase would applaud me. Instead, I have a lot of people bitching at me for unbanning you, with some threatening to leave the forum because of it.

Finally, whether I like someone or hate them, I will always keep my word to them.

Even if I was holding money for MWH, I would be honest with his money.

I have spent 8 years building a reputation as a guy you can trust, and as someone who calls out shady people/companies in poker. I would not want to throw that away for the sake of grabbing your $500 for vegas1369.

If I were to break the terms of the escrow here, nobody would ever trust me again.
