Guns are out of control, I know of all kinds of people who've been shot irl and I'm not in the hood. Anytime someone want's to do go shoot up a crowd they can. There's no solution just be glad it's sort of rare.

A way to potentially reduce the likelihood of mass shootings is to make the merchants who sell ammo face civil liability if someone they sold ammo to ends up commiting a gun crime. The ammo merchants will work extra hard to prevent being one of sellers of ammo to nutjobs like the guy who shot up that place.

And require all ammo sales to be documented, with the info submitted to a national database subsequent to a background check for criminal record or mental illness.
