My guess is NO.
I do not think that Micon has an open ended relationship with Chesnoff & Schonfeld. I am speculating that Micon asked Chesnoff to review his case and his options and to try to negotiate a plea. It appears the results have not been especially compelling for the Chairman. The scope of Micon's relationship with his firm was fixed.
My hunch is that Micon has logged off from Chesnoff & Schonfeld. He probably feels he doesn't HAVE to do anything for now. He will wait for the turn card, survey the table and then react.
If you think he has allowed the meter to keep spinning this past month on legal fees then you have a different take on Micon's wealth than I do - and you are wrong. Lol.
So while Micon may seem fit to just wait and react, unexpectedly I think the catalyst for the next move will be domestic. His wife will tire of living in a third world country or she will experience the type of mood swing all us husbands have experienced where she decides she is just pissed off. She won't even be able to pinpoint her anger. We have all gone through this shit but usually we are on more solid footing than Bryan is right now.
Somehow Martha's hormones will prompt the next move Micon makes. One of the insights I have learned over the years is that wives are all driven by the whole "nesting" instinct. You give them whatever the fuck they want for the house or where they want to live. This vagabond existence (the simple uncertainty) is gonna cause her to snap eventually.
I have dismissed the whole "isolated in a third world country" component and realized nothing is preventing Micon's friends and family from visiting him in Antigua. Micon plays the role of host and offers his guests cheap rum & coconuts and spins great stories. Micon is still center stage appearing to live an intriguing life. What a stud, huh?
Also, nothin is preventing his wife and child from visiting the US. You might have seen her shopping at the Venetian last week.
It's bad television but for now we are on summer hiatus.
