You offered to answer a few questions Druff. Let's start with these.
If SWC did not take the site down themselves what process would have been required to block the website from the public? Would Federal assistance be required? What authority does this? Would this have escalated Micon's foes?
I am still astounded by Malmuth's prediction that Micon will be offered a 6 month plea. What was Malmuth's agenda there? He couldn't have been serious? Why did he post this nonsense on PFA? I recall abrown claiming the minimum for this crime is 1 year. No chance.
Why have new charges not been filed for the new site? Do the simpletons at NGC just see this as the same operation? Whoever NGC assigned to this case must have a computer, right? Micon has been very clear this is a new enterprise. Why not carpet bomb Micon with additional counts? At least to protect the lol "licensed" sites - add further pressure.
Does Alvin Finkelstein have to make a new complaint regarding SWC2? Would we at PFA be amenable to a weekly freeroll donation in Bitcoin to refrain from engaging in a few yucks? The call would be very interesting if not funny. Light regulation amuses me.
