Also, he wasn't supporting online gaming. He was running Seals to line his pockets. Also recall that his partners later revealed that Micon never held any of the bitcoin at Seals, so he doesn't even deserve any credit for the site responsibly paying people. He had absolutely no control over the funds there.
I don't see why he should be considered a hero for running an online poker site which was clearly illegal.
If I ran a casino out of my living room, open to the general public, and got busted for it, would you believe that I was being wrongfully persecuted?
