What is a Class B felony USUALLY?: http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-class-b-felony.htm

To be included in a class that includes stipulations for manslaughter, possessing child porn and aggravated sexual assault...well, I'm just not sure this should be. Perhaps this is a "trump up, then get what sticks" charge from an AG who is trying to make a name for himself (I wouldn't be surprised if Sheldon had a bit of influence here either).

BTW, based on what I've read, it seems that if convicted, the subject has to do *some* jail time with any Class B felony...no pleading out of that.
He was violating the State's gaming licensing laws, the heart and soul/bread and butter of Nevada. It's not about "overcharging" to see what sticks. It's about public deterrence. No doubt they would include a punishment of public flogging if it were possible.

While I can envision some sort of plea with a fine and limited prison time, Micon's problem may very well be future IRS issues and federal charges, particularly if he continues to operate SWC.

I wonder how long he'll be able to stay and operate in Antigua - I think his 60 days without a license are almost up. If he can post bail, I'd look for his celebrated return to Nevada sooner rather than later.
