It has been suggested by someone in our private Jasep discussion group (yes, one exists) that Jasep pay twice a month (half each) instead of monthly.

I agree with this.

This will make it more difficult to buy time with these spread out payments.

Instead of $400 on the 13th every month, you can send $200 on the 13th and 27th of each month, meaning the next $200 payment will come April 27th.

How about he agrees that if he misses 2-3 consecutive payments it is open season on his work place and personal life. I know it is regardless but maybe that will give him the push he needs and everyone can agree to back off so long as he does what he says he is going to do. He is a sociopath so unless something directly effects him personally he isnt going to care. Peter DC was the same way.

If he fucks up this time, there should be absolutely no mercy and the forum should make his life so terrible work wise he ends up on the street begging for change.
