Someone of high moral standing who is free from any influence by anyone involved. Typically these types of people are paid to perform the job. The mere act of them doing this as a favor for anyone automatically implies they are linked to one side or the other.

The bigger point is how can an arbitrator decide what my reasoning or intent was? How can they tell me I didn't intend for the bet to be about both words in one post? This isn't a popularity contest. Just because everyone is siding with Vegas doesn't mean he didn't erroneously make a poor offer. Playing the popularity contest and the "you know what I meant" angles is weak sauce.

I haven't read any of this thread yet but I would arbitrate anything people need arbitrated on this site.

Edit: I am serious also, I think Drexel can vouch for me that I am a well-spoken and impartial person that would think both sides through clearly. Also I don't participate on the forums as often as I probably should so I really don't know what's going on.
