If you are ruled the winner of this bet by an impartial arbitrator appointed by anyone but you (because you have pretty much admitted that you are an angle shooter, and have shown your complete lack of character) there is zero chance you don't get paid.

If Vegas is ruled the winner via the same method will he 100% get paid, yes or no is all that is required.
