I just thought it was an isolated event. Ive known junkies, gambling addicts, all host of fuckups who did start out as fundamentally solid, well intentioned people who just fell the fuck apart and at some point hit rock bottom and burnt the people around them using all the tools at their disposal. Some of those people even come out the other side and recover and make amends.
Also, I never said Jasep was a good person *during* or *after* his larcenies. I believe I said he was someone who started out with good intentions and then started to do for self, at first with the intention of 'doubling up' and putting the money back in the coffer, then eventually just because his addiction was calling the shots. If that wasnt made clear, either I didnt say it clearly (possible) or people misconstrued it and it became canon (much, much more likely).
Also bare in mind when I said that. He hadnt shown up to spin his hilarious apologie(s), each conflicting with the previous, each more ludicrous and offensive than the last.
Obviously, I was wrong. But it seems like youre harping on something I said before literally 75% his misdeeds were public knowledge. Given the enormity of this faggots crimes I dont blame you honestly but still.
