I have not read anything in this thread. Everyone wants to know about 22Q I guess. I did not roll them. What I did do was allow someone else to make a donation to receive the tax benefits, however, I have tried and failed to acquire the proof so the 22Q debt is included in the money owed because I realize how me saying that points to me being guilty and I accept that people will assume that I did horrible things. I am not sure what else to say. I made mistakes, I want to fix them. I did not steal from a charity, but I cannot prove the money was donated with hard proof so I will make good on that as well.

You said last week that you sent a check and could provide a photocopy of it. Now you're saying you gave it to someone else to donate for tax purposes? Sure that would be his rationale as that this a typical criminal's output on it would be. They always look for someone else to blame and if they have to suffer by going to jail from it he would feel he didn't owe anyone afterward which is a backwards/twisted way of thinking but it's how he would justify it.

The thing is what are the chances of a broke guy $15k in debt not having a dollar to his name who alleges he pays a lot per month in child support and don't seem to have much money coming in ever to pay back? The chances just aren't good so he shouldn't be able to say this so people get off his back and then it not happen as history shows in any scam of money that the scammer never pays back even if they claim to have the intentions to do so.
