I meant to actually dm shortbuspoker on twitter. I guess I probably still should since I remember reading in this thread that he was leaving this site.
I do know that he was made aware of the recent developments. He tweeted at me when this news came out (forget if it was a dm or public) about how he had lost faith in humanity over this.
I surely understand where you are coming from cokehead but shortbuspoker was someone who did a tremendous amount of volunteer work getting the majority of the guests -and huge names- for our ironman podcast. He supported the site. He did alot to try to make radio better while never asking for a thing.
He trusted Jasep. He obviously had developed a tremendous amount of trust in Jasep through there communications, which of course led to him adamantly defending him. I think it's fair to say at some point in all of our lives (to various degrees) we have all been deceived or hurt by someone in a way we never saw coming.
Not to be so dramatic, but shortbuspoker is a good guy. Did a ton of work for a children's charity while never being asked to do so and NEVER asking for a single thing in return.

I was comparing China to Ted Bundy's groupies, not his victims. If you do not like Ted Bundy, it does not have to be him. Richard Speck works just as well. Better yet, we can just use Peter Falcone himself and compare China to Falcone's other groupie, that friend of Mr. Dan Druff's who met Falcone on Craig's List for the rides to Las Vegas and then wanted to visit him in prison (I think her name is Stefanie or something like that, but I could be wrong). The concept remains the same.
I noticed something after the first couple video blogs, I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't really care that much since I had no money involved, and also because I presumed that it was still all on the up-and-up based off of how quickly he raised a stake......but he just seemed too nervous/something was just off in those vids. In hindsight, I would say Jasep appeared like an actor without a script (who was not trained in improv).
i mentioned to other people how weird it was that he played sometimes 2 or 3 different stakes/games in a day
"i played 1/2nl for a couple hours lost $200 there, played 5/10 stud and won $300, and then hopped into the 2/5nl and lost $100"
playing on a live stake is hard enough to verify the results, especially when you can say you played with 3 different sets of player in one day
I will be the first one to admit that I know nothing about staking protocols as I will only play with my own money. This did not set off any red flags because Foxwoods is one of the largest rooms in the country and I was thinking that maybe he was just looking for the juiciest game. There have been times at the Commerce where I have played 8/16 LHE, 4-8 Omaha 8/b and 4/8 Stud Hi in the same session just because I like to mix things up and not get bored.
While we're waiting for China to provide some cliffs on the 22Q ordeal, I'll post the last PM I got from Sep on here before the infamous "there are people after me" post... Some lol moments in here...
I assume none of that $850 was sent out. Holy shit at trying to sell another 17 shares.Hi all,
I have spoken to almost all investors, some haven’t responded to me yet and I will update you guys if anything changes but as of right now here are some changes I will be making to projekt:sep… All of these changes are just refining the original process with updated information and experience and from playing the various schedules and juggling the filming, updates, payouts etc…
Each day requires about 2 hours of work that does not involve playing, that time is spent on filming, editing, uploading, travelling, etc… so my schedule will be four 10 hours days per week with 8 hours of play time per day.
Here are a few flaws in the original concept that I have noticed and corrected with the changes being made.
-Arriving at 9am is pointless, the games have not yet started and I spend about an hour doing nothing and just waiting
-Paying out on Thursday night is way to much of a struggle for me and disrupts my play day or my radio show and both of those things are a priority, also since i am dealing in cash/chips it isn't always available for me to fire on paypal right away
-Filming the second I get home and then doing the entire process creates a problem for me as I am tired and haven’t seen my family all day and now I come home and immediately spend 2 hours doing other things
-My schedule needs to have some degree of flexibility, not a ton, but things do come up and poker runs 24/7
So here is how it is going to play out moving forward…
Monday:
9am-11am – Record and upload video previewing the coming day and recapping the last week, make a bank deposit from the previous weeks profit and send out payments to all investors
11am-7pm – play poker… when I get home I will update a spreadsheet that all investors have access to that will detail what times, stakes, location and result for that day, I will complete this process every day.
Tuesday:
9am-10am Film and upload Mondays video with a preview for Tuesday
10am-6pm play poker
6pm-7pm film Tuesdays video.
Wednesday:
9am-10am Edit and upload Tuesdays video
4pm-midnight play poker… Both casinos have super popular tournaments on Wednesday nights and they get tons of players in the building, playing cash games during busy tournament times is always a good idea, also, I would like to have the option of playing Kevin’s stud game if need be as it can be lucrative but doesn’t run until the evening.
Midnight-1am Film Wednesdays video
Thursday:
10am-11am: Edit and upload Wednesdays video
11am-7pm play poker…
The Thursday blog will be audio only and will be done live on Filthy Limper Radio.
Friday:
9am-10am: edit and upload Thursdays audio blog
This schedule I will stick to pretty consistently… There may be an adjustment here and there but with a Monday morning payout an adjustment or two will never effect payout schedules and the adjustments should be few and far between now that I have a grasp on a schedule I want to perform…
The videos will all be uploaded at www.podcastvegas.com (VPR) and there will be a discussion thread in that forum, that is the discussion thread I will participate in and will answer any questions that are asked in that thread.
There will now be a spreadsheet available to everyone who has invested with the basic information I listed above, this will give every investor an “at-a-glance” view of where the day/week/month/project is at and will serve as posting results without having to complete the editing and uploading process at night. I am pretty good with excel but have never used google docs, if anyone can help me get a spreadsheet up that can be viewed by everyone that would be great.
Also, I have heard back from almost all of my investors but some have not yet replied to my last email, however, overwhelmingly most are on board with staying with the project. A couple have decided that they would like to exercise a buy out and I have no issue with them doing this as it is what I offered. I will be refunding 850.00 to previous investors. If any of you would like to pick up any of the 17 available shares you are more than welcome to and it would be greatly appreciated, whatever is not sold I will purchase myself. If anyone else would like to discuss a buyout you are more than welcome to contact me however, please do so before I start playing tomorrow, once i start playing tomorrow I will assume everyone is locked in and I can just focus on work.
If anyone has any questions or comments, as always I am available.

Yeah, I am pretty sure he was a real person from New York. There were records of him playing Jr college baseball and things. Someone posted his address during one of the radio shows and it seemed to be a row of shit shacks in upper NY.
Jasep talking about shipping money back in one of the Templar threads:
Jasep gives some ideas of the best way to hold off investors when you are short cash in a scam"
http://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/sho...cammer-updates
Who remembers when Jasep totally freaked out on Jewdonk because Marty had scammer Chazmental as a mod under a fake name (Sparky Grizwold)?
Jasep was one of the loudest to complain about this.
In hindsight, it's a lot like many closeted gays being the loudest homophobes.
22Q Cliffnotes and events surrounding 22Q
1st things 1st. The name of the site we owned was originally called Vegaspokerradio.com. Jasep decided to make the decision on his own to change it to podcastvegas.com after the first version was torn down. While we called the site vegaspokerradio the main URL that you would see in the address bar was always Podcastvegas.com and vegaspokerradio was just pointed at it as were about 10 other domains
22Q 72 Hour Ironman Podcast
-22Q Ironman 72 hr fundraiser was in early September. I believe it started Sunday the 2nd and ended Wednesday September 5th or that was the day after it ended
22Q Donation Money Total
- These figures are not 100 % accurate but they should be very close to accurate. Roughly 6500 was raised , 3500 went straight through the donate button to 22q on podcastvegas.com where users could donate directly to the foundation
22Q Poker Room on Podcastvegas.com (vpr)
- Jasep set up a poker room on Podcastvegas.com (vpr) which had the same software as seals with clubs and nofraudonlinepoker. He set up MTTS and Cash Games that would be raked and 100 % of the rake was to be donated to 22Q.
Buyins
- People bought into these games with Paypal shipments to Jasep or whatever other methods he accepted. So whomever deposited through Jasep received chips in the room and Jasep had held the deposits
Poker Room Donations
- At the end of 22Q all chips to the poker room were donated accept for like 1 $25 cashout from 1 user. So all in all the rake in the room didn't really matter because Jasep now had the rake and every chip that was left in peoples accounts were donated at the very end which was very generous.
Total of Donations to be sent by Jasep
- Roughly $3000 of the $6500 either came through the poker room or people who donated to Jasep directly. Only Jasep knows how much was raked donated/nobody can verify this but him because he ran all of the software.
- I am pretty sure Sep went to Borgota later that week
[9/5/2012 1:58:33 PM] John Sep: i was suppose to wake up at 6am to go to borgata but 5 alarm clocks did not even phase me..
- Friday September 14th was the week following Borgota and I believe Jasep was going back
[9/14/2012 11:17:29 PM] mark: whats up bro
[9/14/2012 11:17:33 PM] mark: u back in AC?

[9/14/2012 11:18:08 PM] John Sep: im home until about noon tomorrow, my kid just went to sleep, lemme check it out
Payment from Victor Ramdin that a euro buddy of mine handled and then he shipped to me and I shipped to Jasep
During the podcast Victor agreed to make a donation but didn't send it till a few days or even a week after the podcast but Victor did send it. At the time he was very busy grinding WCOOP every day. I checked with my buddy a few times in that time frame and it hadn't showed up yet but sometime between the podcast and September 19th it did show up.
Here is a chatlog from me and Jasep Skype from Wed September 19th
[9/19/2012 2:17:52 AM] mark: 260 confirmed from ramdin
[9/19/2012 2:18:07 AM] mark: are we waiting for anything else?
[9/19/2012 9:45:13 AM] John Sep: no
[9/19/2012 10:55:33 AM] John Sep: you can send it to me on paypal if you want, It is already included in the Bank Check I have for them, I just deducted user dontations from pledges and poker room money and have the difference for them
[9/19/2012 11:30:45 AM] mark: ok
[9/19/2012 11:39:37 AM] mark: will ship paypal over in few
[9/19/2012 11:40:49 AM] John Sep: no rush, its whatever, if you want hold 100 and ship the rest... i think the server will cost us 160 each for 4 months and i have 260 for you
[9/19/2012 11:41:28 AM] mark: ok
[9/19/2012 11:41:48 AM] John Sep: same server as druff
[9/19/2012 11:42:11 AM] mark: If u havent written check I would prefer to ship them C.C. , would be easier to me financially wise but I can do the paypal it will just leave my checking thin
[9/19/2012 11:42:20 AM] mark: and I can add a little more
[9/19/2012 11:42:34 AM] mark: but if u have the check written and it is pain I can ship the paypal
[9/19/2012 11:43:12 AM] John Sep: i have a bank draft for them, I am meeting the guy this weekend but do the CC, its fine, its small money, im not super concerned if I just wind up donating the difference myself
[9/19/2012 11:43:23 AM] mark: nah thats ok
[9/19/2012 11:43:30 AM] mark: Ill ship u over the paypal
[9/19/2012 11:43:48 AM] John Sep: i dont want to leave you thin, you can hold it until you are in better shape
[9/19/2012 11:44:25 AM] mark: nah Ill be ok, I bought up 5k BCP yesterday and now waiting for cashouts etc. but I dont think anything will hit my checking that will screw me
[9/19/2012 11:44:39 AM] mark: whats yer paypal
[9/19/2012 11:45:36 AM] John Sep: trupqq@gmail.com, seriously though mark, i am not pressed so if you need some time it isnt a big deal at all
[9/19/2012 11:45:56 AM] mark: its ok I will just get it out of way now
[9/19/2012 11:46:03 AM] mark: wont affect me
[9/19/2012 11:46:10 AM] mark: 100 ball right?
[9/19/2012 11:48:53 AM] John Sep: total is 160.... I have 260 from blind squirrel for you and brandon but collectively we need to spend about 470 on a quarter year server... so minus 1/3 of that from 260 and you have about 100 that I owe you... you have 260 from stars, so if you hold the 100 i owe you than its 160 from the stars donation to me... sounds complicated and again i am in no rush, just that ramdin emailed me last night so i text u... i have money so its not a pressing issue for me, not at all
[9/19/2012 11:49:50 AM] mark: ok
[9/19/2012 11:50:00 AM] John Sep: get your cashouts first then ship me, no biggie, i am gonna do the server move this weekend, i can cover the cost until you get cashouts
[9/19/2012 11:50:52 AM] mark: alright, I got a wire coming within a week and a BCP check, will ship as soon as it hits
[9/19/2012 11:51:06 AM] John Sep: yeah thats completely fine
[9/19/2012 11:51:15 AM] mark: if u need it for anything let me know I can ship
[9/19/2012 11:51:34 AM] mark: or if u want any poker room chips <bcp, or tops)
[9/19/2012 11:51:55 AM] John Sep: i really dont need it I won a tournament on ACR 2 days ago and crushed foxwoods last night
[9/19/2012 11:52:01 AM] mark: vnh
160 I sent to him
I sent the $160 to him on Septemeber 26th according to my Paypal statement
Fast Forward to Now
All of this is being looked into. From what I heard the person who handles the financials at 22Q can't remember this check off the top of their head because this was a rather large check and they thought they would remember it. What Jasep said in these skype logs was he was meeting a guy with the bank draft. My question is why wouldnt he just straight donate the money through paypal on the 22Q link? Why the need for a check? There is no 22Q rep in his area. The only guy who has ties locally to 22Q I believe is JoeU and he never was handed a check. Here is JoeU post from yesterday in this thread.
Conclusion
From what I have heard they havnt found it. But I am also aware before they make a solid statement or give a solid answer they will probably look through this VERY deeply to avoid any bad press on there end if the payment indeed was made.
Draw your own conclusion but I would think a receipt would be easy to come up with if your Jasep or the foundation. It has been 3 days and neither have come up with a receipt.

doctor, heal thyself....
I also liked this part:
LOL @ "same server as druff".[9/19/2012 11:40:49 AM] John Sep: no rush, its whatever, if you want hold 100 and ship the rest... i think the server will cost us 160 each for 4 months and i have 260 for you
[9/19/2012 11:41:28 AM] mark: ok
[9/19/2012 11:41:48 AM] John Sep: same server as druff
I guess I'm getting ripped off, since I am paying far more than $4.95/month.
So he told China that the server was $120/month (that's what $160 for 4 months, split 3 ways breaks out to be), when he was actually paying $4.95 for it.
What a piece of shit.
