I just had a discussion about Shirley with someone last night. They insisted that he has impure motivations and is just a sensationalist.

My response?

If he's exposing actual fraudsters, I don't care what his motivations are, nor do I care that he is short on absolute proof.

When I expose scammers in poker/gambling, I don't always have 100% proof. I have to go on what appears clear to anyone with common sense who would look at the situation.

Props to him for getting attention to this long-running problem which both the media and the state of Minnesota mostly ignored.

LOL @ all the videos / posts / media reports out there claiming that Nick Shirley was harassing innocent businesses.

CBS News, for example, accepted "timestamped videos" showing a few kids entering one of the places (not the Learing Center though).

First off, timestamps can be modified on many systems. You can record stuff today and label it as yesterday.

But it's not just that. The 2015 fraud DID involve kids entering. However, the kids also left a few minutes later out the back way, and the parents were given payments for their cooperation.

Any investigation needs to be a lot more far-reaching than "Here's a timestamped video showing kids entering the facility".

There's also the large possibility that a few kids were there (for show), but that they were claiming far more when asking the government to pay them.

If you are watching 10 kids and billing the government for 50, that's still massive fraud.

that said the other big question is; how much of it is legally fraud, and how much of it is just cashing in on loopholes? like do you legally _need_ kids at your 'daycare center' to qualify and maintain accreditation / funding?

This kind of fraud is fairly common in immigrant communities in big blue cities. I guarantee the scale of what is going on in Minnesota is dwarfed by NYC/LA.

What makes the Somali situation particularly red meat for the right is:

1. Zero attempt to assimilate
2. Dont even pretend they have anything but contempt for this country or its people.
3. Extremely arrogant, unlikeable culturally.

--Somalis are probably the closest thing we have today to Nazi fascist ideology. They really believe they have a mandate to conquer all of the Horn of Africa and ethnically cleanse everyone else out, who they view as inferior breeds of humans. And they dont even hide it. They arrogantly just assume the leftist infrastructure will cover for them for social justice reasons. You should listen to the translation of speeches Somali leaders give here (including Omar Ilhan). It really is something straight out of the 1930s ethno fascism playbook.

That being said, the focus of their culture is very tribal ethno-nationalistic, not really tied to any ideology of "greater Islam." So they aren't really interested in any of the global Jihad movements, or really any terrorism/activism outside pushing their ethno-national interests in the Horn of Africa*. Which is why you dont really see Somalis involved in terrorism in the West*. Even most of the fraud here is mainly a conduit to fund the ethno-nationalist ethnic cleansing operations in the Horn of Africa.

*So far the West has been very compliant in supporting the Somalis in their campaign of terror in the Horn of Africa. However, despite their arrogance they are tremendously unorganized, corrupt and incompetent. And no one cares about genocides and ethnic replacements in Africa (no Jews, no news). So their efforts have had extremely limited success, other than creating giant refugee/human rights crises.

That being said, if Western nations ever actively opposed Somalis in the Horn of Africa we could expect terror activities by the Somali diaspora in response. In Europe, many European nations have an arrangement with Somali, where Somali will only accept remigration of illegal Somalians, especially criminals, in return for supporting them in international affairs.

This explains a lot why despite there being no first principle reason to support Somali in the Somali/Somalialand conflict (and A LOT of first principle reaons to support Somaliland), the West unanimously supports Somalia. And Israel supporting Somalialand is causing such a big international fiasco. Because Somali is using the threat of weaponing their diaspora populations to put a lot of pressure on Western nations.

Sure, it’s possible. It’s also possible Alex Jones is telling the truth about the deep state putting out a hit on him and General Flynn. Make sure to send lots of money for their security detail. So far none of this douchebag’s videos have proven anything. This kid is a known propagandist with an agenda who has made misleading videos before. He’s now basically heading a harassment campaign of Somali people in Minnesota and he’s going to get the shit sued out of him. Only “conservatives” would cheer on this moron’s efforts because they don’t care about what is real and true, especially if it supports their narrative. Meanwhile, not a single gripe about convicted fraudsters Trump has pardoned.
