I don’t know anything about that company, but I know those live dealer games on the sites are just not organic. I don’t play them for any real money. Like if I bet a bunch of games on Saturday and have $7250, I’ll play with the $250 if I’m over in PA and up. We don’t have the casino games in Ohio. And in a real casino, I’ll often play $100 a hand BJ for hours and if I’m down I’ll fire $2k with the idea I am getting even or I’m done. And I win what you’d expect. Close to half the time.
Those live dealer games I’ll fire like $10 and lose 10 hands in a row and do the same at the end with the last $150 and I can’t remember the last time I actually won one. My girlfriend’s middle kid is usually over my shoulder. I’ll play poker for hours and he has no interest at watching that, but casino shit, he wants me to play all the time. So I do it for chump change.
I think I’ve successfully saved him from a lifetime of degeneracy because even he’s at the point where he’s screaming no way can you lose every time. I just smile and say I told you this online shit is fixed.
None of this is the least bit surprising.
Online casinos in third world countries absolutely can't be trusted. You are playing directly against them, so there's a huge incentive to cheat you. You can't get a serious investigation against them, and their licensure is a complete joke, to where they don't have to fear losing it like they do in the US.
I've told people for the last 25+ years not to gamble a penny in online casinos.
Even Betonline's live dealer games had a scandal some years back. They were farming out the operation to some shady company.
And Betonline itself, while mostly reputable, still does shady shit such as loading streamers up with fake money, allowing them to "gamble" big (and of course only stream the big wins), and then giving them 35% of the losses of all the suckers who sign up under them.
i actually hung out with someone who shall not be named because they have retired from online life but we all know who, he had a pretty successful poker prop biz set up. and the entire time he was just casually playing online blackjack for like $50 a hand, like thats how he would pass the time, that was his fidget spinner.
and he told me an interesting story about how he went on a mathematically impossible downswing one night, i think this was around ... probably 2008-2011? anyway he called up the online casino and ended up talking to a tech support guy who probably ran the entire casino and god knows how many skins on it (ifkyk) and naturally they knew exactly who he was because he was a massive whale even.
and the guy literally apologies to him and says 'look, i got this, just keep playing, trust me' like its a very solvable problem. so he hangs up and goes back to playing and lo and behold, he starts to win. in fact he goes on a mathematically impossible upswing and makes back a big chunk of what he lost.
and then things went back to whatever normal is.
bottom line; he was absolutely positive there was literally like some slider the guy he spoke with was able to manipulate to apply bias to his win rate.
and years later he was still playing. make of that what you will.

I’m actually shocked to hear this from you. You definitely left a lot of money on the table and an AP such as yourself should know this.
Even the occasional fucking doesn’t matter when you are way up.
Multiple people we both know are still making big money online. Like everything else in AP, research and understanding the game goes a long way.
