Kamala has no such movement. Nobody even likes her. She was the "alternative to Trump" candidate. That's why she couldn't come close to winning the 2020 primary.

She'd have a better shot at governor of California, though I don't think anyone wants her for that either. She's probably the only possible candidate who would be less competent than Newsom.

That race is really wide open since Katie Porter's temper has been on full display, but that's another discussion for another time.
