We were once 50 independent states sharing a common military for protection. The Feds should stay the fuck out. That’s an ideal we should always strive for. Thus, this is all just a trampling of freedom. An erosion. You can never go back.

Each state diverse and responsive to the people who live there. From Florida to California and all the political attitudes in between. God bless.

I’m not even sure states should have open borders. Like so many social experiments during Covid some states tried to restrict travel across their borders. We had that here in the east. State police checkpoints. We might revisit that someday in the distant future.
