Sean Perry is suing three people -- Mikki (for saying Sean raped a girl), William Darnell Smith aka Mazi (for saying Sean raped a girl), and a guy named Charlie Cavalier, who apparently was an employee of Perry's and leaked some polygraph test results.

Perry and Smith/Mazi had a boxing match in March 2025, which Perry won. It should be noted that Perry is a lot taller and heavier, which is a big advantage in boxing. Mazi's comments about the alleged rape were posted in April 2025, which was after the boxing match.

Perry was to have a boxing match against Elf from Twitter Spaces (the guy who hosted the Spaces where Mikki's allegations were made), but Perry backed out of it, as Elf is younger and in better shape than Perry.


My opinion is that this is all a bunch of nonsense. All of these guys were talking shit to one another, and that will definitely play into the defense, as will Sean Perry's status as a public figure. Due to that status, as long as Mazi and Mikki can show that they legitimately believed he raped the girl, that is a good enough defense to win the defamation suit, even if it turned out to be a false statement.

I think it's likely that Perry didn't rape anyone. In fact, I think he might be gay.
