Honestly a full and complete investigation needs to be done here.
The following questions must be asked:
1) Was there a PSA test done for Biden while he was in office? If yes, when, and what were the results? If not, why? Note that PSA testing is as easy as ticking an additional box on a form when Biden's routine blood tests were done. It carries zero extra risk, pain, and super-neglible expense (under $20). I know this because I just got mine checked in March. I asked the doctor, "Hey, can you make sure PSA is tested?", he said "Okay", and he checked the box. Mine came back totally normal, btw (1.41).
2) Who knew Biden had mental decline? Why was this hidden from the general public?
3) Who was running the country and signing with the autopen from 2023-24? Was anyone besides Biden making significant decisions for the country during those years?
4) Why did the people knowledgeable about Biden's mental (and perhaps physical) condition support his re-election campaign? What was the plan for running the country through January 2029, if he won?
5) Who actually selected and signed all those pardons in January 2025?
6) Which members of the media were aware of Biden's senility? Why was this not reported on until after the election?
The American people deserve to know all of the above.
This is not just for the benefit of Republicans. Democrats should want to know this, as well. Had Democratic leadership been honest with the American people since 2023, an open primary could have taken place, and Trump might have lost in 2024. If you hate the fact that Trump is President again, this debacle is part of the reason. Your own party has betrayed you. If I were a Democrat, I would be furious right now.
By the way, don't believe the excuse of, "They probably didn't test PSA because you typically don't treat prostate cancer found in a man's 80s."
This isn't just about treatment.
The average Joe may not care about his PSA numbers when he's 82, because he's retired and not doing anything important for the remainder of his life. So if he says, "Hey, why bother testing this? Even if they find prostate cancer, I'm not treating it", that makes sense.
However, Joe Biden wasn't a retiree. He should have been after 2016, but he wasn't. Instead, he held the most powerful and important position in the world. Therefore, it was in the public interest to test his PSA (as well as do a digital rectal exam), and determine whether or not he has prostate cancer. This is especially true when reelection is being sought.
I have a very hard time believing that the White House doctors didn't want to spring for the extra $20 to find Biden's PSA level during a blood draw/test they already were taking, unless they didn't WANT to know.

It is likely that, like Biden, someone was pulling the strings for Reagan at the end of that second term. However, it wasn't quite the same situation as this:
1) Reagan's time in public office was definitely ending in January 1989. He couldn't run for President again, and he wasn't going to take on any other important role. In Biden's case, they were covering this up in part to allow him to run and serve ANOTHER 4 YEARS!
2) There was no social media in the 1980s. The general scrutiny regarding Reagan's condition was much less than that of Biden, since most people got their news either from 30-minute programs on TV and/or newspapers. There wasn't much of a coverup because there weren't many questions being asked. In Biden's case, there was a constant onsalught of questioning about Biden's condition from right wing media and social media, and thus a massive coverup had to take place to hide it.
3) The media was not gaslighting people who did question Reagan's condition. In fact, the media were mainly the ones asking the questions, as they shuold. In Biden's case, the media was complicit in covering the whole thing up!
4) Reagan had Alzheimer's, but not cancer. In Biden's case, there are serious questions if cancer was covered up, in addition to his obvious senility.
