There are two things that bother me in this. One is more important than the other. I want to know why it took you four days to reply to his first email? We all know you're not a busy guy. I'm assuming it was bender related personally but would like to hear from you.

I've been in service for ten years and it's beaten me down, hence my account at this place. Me responding to customers four days later wouldn't fly I could tell you that much. However, every time I email my landscaper (which is once or twice a year) he never responds and I just deal with it. Then again, I'm pretty reasonable and nonconfrontational in real life.
