In the last 6 years of building websites off and on, not a single time (until now) has the business account I use to invoice clients EVER been back charged.

not a single time have I ever had a customer demand a refund, or cancel services with me.

not a single time have I ever not delivered on what was promised to the customer

and I've certainly never been threatened like this clown did to me.

During the course of his site's design and development, not once did he ever indicate to me that he was unhappy with the progress being made, and not once did he even go so far as complain in the least

Once again, the only reason his emails were delayed being set up is because he refused to make a 5 minute phone call to GoDaddy and simply forward me the information.

Also, he is a fucking liar saying that I was 'calling him repeatedly'...that is nonsense.

The day he left me that voicemail...I was trying to reach him to ask him YET AGAIN to call GoDaddy......I called him a grand total of twice in a row

Then he wigs out and starts lashing out with his asinine threats, like he is some drill sergeant and I'm the new private he thinks he can just dump on.

It's also a huge lie that I 'didn't have any references' ......such bullshit. I have no less than 20 completed sites to small business owners of all kinds in the last year or so...and plenty of testimonials and personal references from many satisfied customers who never had a single problem with me, or their finished product.

My screen shots, his fucked up attitude, and his voicemail speak for themselves.

I never characterized it as a 'successful brand'

I also work independently under several other brands and work with a few other developers. This is not a full time venture at all.

BCM has been a testing ground at best, and experimenting with different photo sliders and effects and learning CSS gradually

honestly when adamantium decided to start posting my homepage screen shots here and Todd took his sweet ass time removing them, that is when the pages were blocked and/or password protected

I may or may not use it as a brand name in the future. For now I have plenty of work, and it's not a huge priority
