because from what i understand about extradition, it is a process usually too time consuming to bother with for a state bureaucracy that uses diversity based hiring and promoting practices...so for only the most serious of violations is extradition requested
I don't think they will be able to extradite him. Judging by what I read (and posted) the government down there most likely won't cooperate with a state run agency, especially one that involves gaming.

I think it becomes more of a question of how long will Micon be able to stay in Antigua, and if he can support himself and the family.

Does anyone know what the requirements would be for him to stay in Antigua for a long period of time?
