In fact, the one case of "doxxing" you always whine about (splitthis, involving Kilgore) never involved you, and in fact the two of them have buried the hatchet. So why you continue to bitch about it is beyond me, unless it's just to vilify me, which seems to be your game these days.

And regarding the IRS, it's a common myth that you can just "report" people and get them audited, or perhaps get 30% of back taxes collected. Doesn't work like that.
The IRS gets TONS of reports on third-parties from enemies, ex-wives, professional competitors, ex-boyfriends, ex-girlfriends, ex-friends, angry neighbors, etc. They don't have even 1% of the manpower needed to investigate all of these. They also know that people are freerolling them -- taking wild guesses and reporting people they don't like, in order to either get those people in trouble or get a reward (or both). It's actually a total freeroll because it takes minutes to file a report, and the entire burden of investigation is on the IRS!
Therefore, the IRS requires hard proof for any report submitted. You can't just say, "I heard mickeycrimm doesn't pay taxes" or "Mickey is winning in casinos and not paying taxes on it." You'd need to furnish hard proof that Mickey is winning at casinos AND that you're certain he's not paying taxes on it. In short, it's very tough to get someone busted with the IRS, unless you have direct access to their books or correspondences. For example, a former employee could effectively report his employer if he had access to their books, or an ex-wife could report her husband if she copied his files or paperwork before leaving him.
If you write to the IRS and say, "Mickey says on 8th tier poker forums that he wins in casinos, and I bet he sends you guys no taxes!!!!!111", that report will quickly be used as toilet paper.
