If so they may not have it.
My understanding is that they can contest the results in particular states and put it to a vote, which probably would not pass in the Senate and certainly will die in the House. The result still being a Biden Presidency.
However, if I'm wrong about that and somehow a majority Republican Senate can block Biden, Trump's term still ends on January 20th. So buckle up for President Nancy Pelosi.
