you are obsessed fatty, take a break, might help ya
What I know and please dont hold me to being an expert...
- They are "magazines", not clips.
- You can have high capacity mags aka "standard capacity mags" if you bought them during Freedom Week in 2019.
- "High capacity" magazines are never allowed in an AR-15 rifle in California if its been submitted as an assault weapon. Can you use it in a neutered rifle, maybe, I can remember the exacts on that. An "assault rifle" submitted and recorded at the CA DOJ has different rules compared to a neutered CA rifle. Im not totally up on the exact rules.
- The hi cap mags in a pistol, if you bought them during freedom week should be ok. Owned them before the ban, should be ok.
Giving advise about California gun lows online is dicey and questionable because they are so confusing. Please consult some other online sources as Im not the best reference.
Thank you.
