I am guessing Chicago PD isn’t very happy being thrown under the bus by the city again.

So what happens to the brothers. Does the AG now charge them for making a false police report? Or even worse do they charge them for assault?

Or (more likely) do we just sweep everything under the rug?

Or go back to working murders

Smollett is the one that filed he was assaulted in the first place. I was curious what the police are going to do about that. Do they just drop this as an unsolved case?

The last Time I checked police were supposed to investigate assaults too, especially one where a hate crime is alleged.
