Marty, I think what you're missing here is that Hut started this thread for a dual purpose.
Purpose #1 was to pressure you into finally paying. Even you concede that it took ridiculously long, and your lack of payment for all this time was 100% your fault.
Purpose #2 was to get back at you for how you treated him last time he asked for the money.
Now, I'm sure this second thing is what pisses you off, as he definitely created the thread to embarrass you. However, you deserve it given the slowpaying and nasty attitude you gave him when he last asked for the money. There's only so many times you can mistreat someone before they finally decide they've had enough, and decide to lash out. That's what happened here.
Bottom line is that Hut did a very nice thing for you when you were at rock bottom, and he had every right to be frustrated about the endless delays, stalls, and broken promises regarding the $500. Even with that, he kept the matter private, but attacking him for being a "fucking cheap Jew" when he asked you recently was understandably the final straw.
If you take anything away from this experience, it should be to appreciate those who show you compassion and friendship, and learn to show some humility when you mistreat them and they start to get frustrated.
Regarding the $500 freeroll, I do not expect Hut to donate any of that money. It was money owed to him, and had nothing to do with PFA.
However, if Hut does wish to donate any $ in the future to any freeroll or contest, he is welcome to exclude anyone he doesn't want to see winning the money.
That is an option I give to all contest/freeroll donors.

Regarding the "threats of violence" rule violation issue, I am choosing to take no action.
This is because this was said in the heat of a public dispute between two friends, and even the threat himself does not indicate that Hut is going to track down Marty and physically harm him.
The spirit of the rule is more to prevent anonymous threats of violence, and also to prevent situations where members are threatening to track down the other and hurt them. (For example, something like, "You better watch out, I'm going to find you at the WSOP and break several bones in your face when nobody is looking.")
This was clearly said by Hut in the heat of the moment when you two were arguing here. I would be very surprised if Hut actually attacked you, unless you actually came back into his business to cause trouble (which I assume you wouldn't do).
