This has nothing to do with whether Larry is a scumbag or not, I mean at a minimum we know he's a midget, pretty much busto, never had a bank account but he's 7 stars at best buy type douchebag.

Larry, excuse me....BILBO BAGGIES, is a scumbag for several reasons
1. He KNOWS what he is doing is illegal. He accepts that, and puts blame on others, like "THOSE PIGS SUCK, FOR BUSTING ME".
2. He LIKELY is dealing to teenagers. I would bet the value of his bike on that.
3. He massively criticized the CPD, who are dealing with THEE most dangerous fucking assholes in the US. Every day their lives are on the line, putting up with shit heads like him, disrespecting them, spitting at them, shooting at them, etc. CPD is fucked, and they are helpless now. The criminals have more rights.
4. He made dozens of posts attacking the police. Based on where he lives, if they werent driving around the neighborhood, he been tied up in a basement, getting hammered by a gang banger. maybe dead.
