Why don't you do a drug study? Basically you take a pill, and sit there for a period of time and they'll do blood and heartrate tests on you. Not that you probably care but there are almost never long term side effects, and the short term side effects are on rare ocassion people might vomit or get red in the face or something within the first few hours after taking the pill, you could handle this. I did one of these once in college and got paid $3000 for it to stay there for two 4 day periods. I don't know about the ones in cali but looking at the two places that do these in minnesota one of them has a study offering $5000 to healthy patients, and one has a study offering $7000 to healthy patients. You would need to lie a bit about yer mental state lol. You need a permanent address so truly hopeless people can't do these, but the borderline homeless do these all the time. This really seems like yer best option right now. You seem too lazy to work, and you get paid well to stay at a place that isn't yer crazy mother's house, and get 3 warm meals a day.

Interview went coo, not sure just yet, need to s/w my recruiter @ manpower, for the time being where/whom do I look for these drug studies? Googling....and I would be 110% down.

also I have no hard diagnosis on anything but ADD, the BPD diagnosis came from scuter. Not 100% sure where I am at mentally, but when I am away from my mother I suddenly become quite normal. I would say getting the fuck away from her will solve ~95% of my issues.

Google "paid clinical drug studies in ________" or "paid clinical drug trials in ________" wherever yer area is. Obviously lie about drug abuse, if you smoke, anything else that could disqualify you. These things arent bad tho. I think you said you are in san fran or something, I'm sure there is an least one place doing these in the san fran area, probably more.

I had no idea what a bunch of disturbed, completely detached from reality individuals were out there until I started reading some threads over there recently(because of 408 posting there).

I mean these people are clearly not mentally right, that is the last fucking place 408 should be spending his time.

unrelated- I fed a decent sized widow under a juniper bush a HUGE wood roach night before last-WOW

Black Widows are one of nature's truest accomplishments. The roach was easily 3x the size, 6x the weight of the widow, dropped from ~2 feet above, clung to the web like it was actual cement, widow had that thing wrapped and re-wrapped, ready for a casual dinner in under 20 seconds.

Those are truly amazing spiders.

Get a fucking job? Why do you think the military is some sort of magical program that is going to save your ass? If anything it is just going to exacerbate a lot of the problems that you do have, especially the mental health issues. They can fucking break you man.

One part that your recruiter probably won't tell you about is called the moment of truth. They keep you up for a few days and say to you hey, if you fucked up and didn't tell your recruiter something because it slipped your mind or something, now is your last chance. If you don't tell us later we will fuck you but if you tell us now we will give you leniency. Man I have never seen a group of kids more willing to snitch on themselves in my life.

What do you think not telling them about what your doctors diagnosed you with is going to do for you when you start off your military life lying to them? Oh wait, you can't fucking lie to them because one of the things that they will do is make you sign medical records waivers so that they get to look at everything there is to know about you, medically speaking anyways.

So yeah, sorry man I just don't see how this is going to end up working out for you. If you have no problem working 80 hour weeks why not just go get 3 or 4 jobs and bust some ass saving up for a nut? How is the military this last bastion of hope and refuge? You should have a lot of fucking discipline before you bother joining, they will teach you a lot of that shit but you have to be workable and with all of the shit you have admitted to on here I just don't fucking see it working out, man.

One other positive in Mike's military adventure is the fact that the guy is a physical specimen from all accounts. How did he get that way? Hours of hard work in the gym. Anyone who has lifted weights in the gym can attest to the mental stamina that is required to become "built". That's the kind of mental energy the military is looking for and what makes most of us quit. Look at Sonatine. He's not walking uphill to buy his chips, that's why he hangs with young boys. And if you've been homeless, then a day or two without sleep is cakewalk(no pun intended)

Again, the military provides a job, a home, structure, a future, and removes him from his less than helpful community. Go Mike!
