None of them actually planned on DT being taken seriously. they underestimated the power of the internet to educate the uneducated in whatever way it wants. John Q public out there in the sticks who otherwise wouldn't vote is now voting bc he has social media to guide him. The DNC's plan was fool-proof to begin with in theory, you know, put their unviable candidate up against the most unviable candidate from the other side, and hope that he will be the clown they need him to be. If you think Hillary wasn't behind Trump being nominated in some way shape or form, you're fucking crazy. You're denying how this shit works, and has worked.
The DNC stole this election from the primaries up to RIGHT ABOUT NOW, as it's got a chance of back firing.
They made sure Donald would get on that republican ballot. It's no secret they've known each other for years. It's like the fighter who's paid to take a dive, only at the last minute sees he can win and you know what? chooses pride and tries to win.
The RNC fucked up by even letting him on the ticket to begin with. they could've vetted him properly and found all the nasty shit he said and refused to nominate him, but they didn't. He'd have run as an independent anyway (even though he signed an agreement not to with the RNC). Point is, Hillary needed to insure her victory any way she could, so she put her horse in the race, Donald Trump.
Well, they didn't think Donald's ego would be so big didn't they. He's not taking that dive.
