Honestly I'm still not 100% convinced. Charlie Sheen, I was convinced. Prince not so much. I'm a lot more convinced than I was 2 weeks ago but really, that article looks like someone just embellished the same info I heard; there are nooOooOOoo new details.
I expect they wont be long in coming tho. I dont recall hearing about anyone getting rich by working for Prince, so if someone knows something, guaranteed they dish the truth to TMZ for $$ in the next day or two.

My friend's mother in law works at the hospital where Prince was taken to last week in IL
He refused treatment. They werent able to give him any shots for whatever the hell he was dealing with. He got some fluids but that is it.

Prince was treated for a drug overdose 6 days before his death ... multiple sources tell TMZ.
We broke the story ... Prince's private jet made an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois last Friday, hours after he performed in Atlanta. At the time his reps said he was battling the flu ... something we questioned because his plane was only 48 minutes from home before the unscheduled landing.
Multiple sources in Moline tell us, Prince was rushed to a hospital and doctors gave him a "save shot" ... typically administered to counteract the effects of an opiate.
Our sources further say doctors advised Prince to stay in the hospital for 24 hours. His people demanded a private room, and when they were told that wasn't possible ... Prince and co. decided to bail. The singer was released 3 hours after arriving and flew home.
We're told when Prince left he "was not doing well."
We know authorities in Minnesota are trying to get the hospital records from Moline to help determine cause of death.
We have made more than a dozen attempts to reach Prince's reps for comment, but they went radio silent

The full transcript of the 911 call made after Prince was found dead at his home, Paisley Park, in Minneapolis, has been released, with a panicky man telling the operator: "Yes, it's Prince".
The caller struggles to work out what Paisley Park's full address is, as the operator instructs him to try and find an envelope with an address on.
He then confirms to the operator that Prince has died.
The unidentified caller explains that he is with the star's body, and states: "People are just distraught".

Regarding autopsy/cause of death...
When Jim Henson died, the cause of death was officially 'pneumonia'. Never mind that it was pneumonia brought on by a immune system savaged by years of HIV infection and retroviral cocktails. So one should ... read between the lines.
EG Ok, lets say Prince died of a drug overdose. That doesnt mean that Prince wasnt medicating some aspect of the onset of full blown AIDS, for example.
Nor does it mean he was HIV positive at all of course.
Until someone in the inner circle sells their story to TMZ or some other lowlives, few questions are going to be answered, at least for me.

These reports, when issued by celebrities, have always been suspect and dubious. Families outright lie to the media and because of privacy clauses, nobody gets the truth but those who buried the dead. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be sued by Prince's estate for leaking something that would fuck me out of millions of dollars.
