Since you've recovered roughly half of the $5k Projekt:Sep money scammed, pay back all investors half of their buyin. There must be a list with number of shares somewhere in that long long thread.

this discussion has been brought up a bunch of times, and everyone punts every time, with "I'm cool with whatever" to "pay everyone else first" to people donating to a freeroll. Everyone pretty much refuses to make a decision, and almost everyone puts paying back the BAP money above all else. Drexel himself said he'd be for someone like me, simpdog, or srslysirius to make the decision, so I'm just trying to help move shit along. I'm not even in on the BAP.

sandwich's idea above is fine as well. they're all fine, and there's not likely to be a consensus any time soon if there hasnt been any progress yet, so any method is better than no method.

Paying out the lower holders completely first will save Druff time in the long run.
IF they are active or not probably shouldn't be a focus.

The key reason not to do this is, is will anyone already paid still be keen to keep holding jasep's feet to the fire...given this audience assumedly yes they'd be happy to.
