Just amazing what people will do. I really do not see a need to respond to Marty because this does not hurt me at all. I am not even sure why he would put it on a poker site. I think that people can see through him by just reading what he is writing.
Marty cold called me about 4 months ago. We was extremely energetic but really could not provide any references. He told me he had been doing web design for almost three years and was working on some exciting things. We agreed on him producing a website and to do the SEO marketing for the sum of 5 payments at $295. He told me it would take about 6 weeks to get the site up and running. I told him that I would agree to that but I needed my email up and running immediately. He agreed and we were off and rolling.
Marty sent me a form and I completely filled it out and sent it back to him within 24 hours. Now understand this is not my first site. I have had multiple sites done from my other website guy but decided to try Marty because he incorporates the SEO into the price. I sent him all my information/log ins so he can switch my domain to his hosting.
About 4 days later he called me at 11 pm at night asking for my log in. I told him that I already gave it to him via email and I sent him a copy of the email. He then kept calling me saying he never received the email. Funny thing is that he had previously responded to the same email a couple days before. Marty finally worked it out and got the domain switched over to his server.
In the next few weeks I kept asking Marty for my email and he always had an excuse. During this time I was really busy and he kept calling me while I was with clients. I would put him into voice mail and he would just call back immediately time and time again. I finally answered with the client in front of me and informed him to never call me back when I put him into vm. That I always returned my voicemails in an expedient matter. Anytime he had a question he would keep doing the same thing and I was starting to get really upset about it.
I served 11 years as a firefighter. I worked in an area that was heavy into Chrystal Meth. Marty shows all these characteristics. He calls clients at all hours, when you talk to him on the phone he is always all over the place and you get emails from him all the time at 0300. I have talked with other people that he has solicited in Mexico and they all say the same thing about him. Usually people that move to Mexico at his age are also running from the law.
I finally blew up at Marty when he again called me multiple times when I did not answer. I told him he has no respect for people and is very unprofessional. I told him that I had warned him in the past about continuously calling me and that I was done with his way of doing business. This was three months later and he still had not produced a site. I told him that I would let him keep one month of his service fee but I wanted him to refund the other two months. He then proceeded to keep calling me non stop until I finally answered. He said my site was up and it was really good. I went to the site and it was so bad that I told him don't even bother calling me anymore.
Marty made a lot of threats over the phone to me. I told him he should watch what he is saying because I knew a lot of people in business in Mexico. I also know that he is living there illegally so I told him if he did not stand down I would turn him into immigration. That is what us good standing citizens do in Mexico. We do not like the gringo crack heads that give us a bad name. Immigration is going after him when they get back from the holiday break.
Marty has also posted that we were starting a tile business up in Mexico because we were trying to defraud senor citizens in the USA. We took the business to Mexico because of the per square foot cost of building space. We were able to rent a building in Mexico for $500 a month that would of cost us over $4k a month in the USA. Our product is a lighted LED tile that is made out of 100% epoxy. I could of post the msds online but I really do not see a need too. This is not my first business in Mexico either. I am married to a Mexican national and I have manufactured there for over 12 years.
What this comes down to is a meth head that lives in Mexico that is scamming people out of their money providing websites that any 12 year could do. I wish it would of been totally different and he would of done what he said. Instead, I had to take it back to my old website guy that knows what he is doing. Anyone that calls this guy and talks to him for 10 minutes on the phone will agree 100% with me. I have included photos of our tile. I also have a ton of references from my boat business. He could not provide me one good reference when I asked.

I'm not a rocket scientist or anything but he may be referring to the 4 day gap between the very first email you posted where he simply asks about his emails, fairly politely I might add, & the very next email screenshot of your response where there is a 4 day gap in the timestamp at the top. I realize this may have been very difficult to surmise with what little information Pooh had given you.
