Thinking on buying a reasonable condo in Jersey (fort Lee).. the extra rent and parking space would bring in another 1700.. that would.help me live mortgage and maintenance free in the condo. While paying off the asset..

My friend corner florists sold that way. And it became a vegetable store and laundromat. Another was sold like that and became a furniture liquidators.. or somebody stupid enough thinking they can make a profit in a restaurant by giving the customers what they want, with out charging. Just be grateful they ordered a cheeseburger. Lol

I had a cousin go to Athens with 100k to start to open a deli/candy/bodega type store in a congested part of Athens..
He came back with.no business and no 100k.. lol.
The regulations ate up his 100k plus u have to pay some taxes in advance. He never even got the keys and this was for an empty store.
The the taxes on electricity and water and payroll etc etc. He would have to have a line!!! of people willing to pay 25$ for a sandwich and 5$ for a soda just to keep up with the Greek government,s demand on small businesses.
Don't worry Arabs got that store and arnt going to pay dime and nobody is going to make them either.
There's a store on the corner of my.block. every time they get busted not paying the lotto or for selling bootleg cigarettes they just change the name. I'm sure they have sent 100k,s back to there mosque while also getting subsidized to by a house here and collect food stamps for there 6 kids.
The sucker white American who rents my apt and makes 27$ hour but takes home in the teens$, who can't afford to buy a house or get married and reproduce has just went from a Hillary supporter to a trump or Cruz supporter.
Obama is also subsidizing all theses Islamic educational centers that the owners live rent and mortgage free and tax free while they rent rooms in it, making 2k a month. Americans are suckers.. Lol..

I agree with that. That is why I would hate to dealing with almost any brick and mortar business. Because of all the BS, you have to get lucky to make it and then even more lucky to make a lot of money. Exceptions that seem to do well are strip clubs, casinos and liquor stores.
