He had a little tiff with Micon when he owned swcpoker.com and Bryan wanted it. Says the negotiations feel apart and so Micon cancelled his swc players account and kept the BTC in it! All over the fact Micon was mad he couldn't afford to buy it, he threatened him too first btw before offering btc as payment. My buddy didn't like his attitude so jacked the price up knowing he couldn't afford it. Any way my bud cannot recall how much btc was in the account but after today is now considering pressing criminal charges for theft.

Says he emailed Micon and support several times for restitution/withdraw and radio silence they just stole flat out from him, small amount but still.

Any way now that he is back in the US my buddy is calling NV to see what he can do about charging him. My buddy is very detail oriented so lots of proof.

All things considered what choice am I left with, you never came through with the affiliate promise, didn’t like the price to buy when you asked me, waited to see how it did on affiliate elsewhere then used that to threaten to take the name and potentially know about the fishiness of the higher limit heads up tables I complained about to you but swallowed hard on it and accepted the loss.

I simply am asking for a refund and the 4 BTC for the name now but if that is too much for you and you chose instead to literally steal, so be it. Not to mention smearing my name online calling me a squatter and extortionist when that isn’t true.

I will continue to use the name for affiliate stuff until I recoup the BTC I lost to theft by you and your site!

If you want try and dispute the name go ahead, I will gladly defend and bring all evidence to light, challenge any ruling I disagree with and take legal action.

yeah see, thats actually exactly what a squatter is; someone who snakes a domain with the intent of reselling it to the relevant parties, or profiting (financial or other) from the brand. and im not knocking the hustle btw, im just saying lets call this what it is.
