Like a petulant child, he then started trolling Druff for attention/acknowledgement, which finally came to fruition.

Kind of like the kid who always acted out in class, and it all made sense when you realized that he had alcoholic parents that shared custody. Only in this case, the child is the 50-year old alcoholic and parental contact is limited to Western Union exchanges.

This forum needs Marty. Not in quantity, but in quality.

Marty had things hot when he was posting his Mexico updates and tournament scores.

He's not a wonder making hit machine that everything that's posted is great. The troll posts to the community are pretty much irrelevant. Just something we have to deal with.

Nobody is cheering for Marty to be here, because of how bad he thinks he is tearing Todd a new asshole. Ask anybody.

We enjoy Marty for giving us an insight into his actual life, which is fascinating.

There are a few trolls who will green rep Marty for his ripping into Todd, but his majority fan base is firmly established in seeing more about what he's actually doing.

We have to take the good with the bad, but I'd recommend getting more of a focus on Marty than Druff.

Every single thread I start here receives a troll response from you.

Your responses are not even on topic of what I post. It's always something like, "Go spend some time with your Jew kid instead of posting this crap here", "Oh look, another thread about you", "I've never seen someone who enjoys beating other people down so much" (oddly enough, that last one was in response to a news article I posted, not anything I wrote toward anyone here!)

Most of your other posts -- the ones not trolling me -- are doing similar bashing/trolling toward others here.

Nobody is required to like me or agree with me in order to post here, but I'm not going to have someone following me into every thread and bash everything I post, just for the sake of trolling.

You don't have to respond to this thread. You don't even have to stop being critical of me. But if I see continued incessant trolling of everything I post, it will be time to swing the Hebrew Hammer again.

Lol at the FRANKRIZZO comment. It's definitely a love hate relationship as they love to hate each other and they both know exactly which buttons to push. Ego is Druff's soft spot in that he does not like to be outed as one who thinks they know it all. He certainly does knows a lot but Tyde likes to remind him of how many of his responses to particular threads somehow get turned around to being about Todd.

This thread is a little different in that Todd had to publicly warn Tyde, so it could be easily viewed as grandstanding. And of course he knew what the response would be.

I'm caught in the middle because I appreciate the work Todd puts into this site and Radio but Tyde is one of a kind and I love his chutzpa and FU attitude.

Todd, is the trolling bothersome because of how the poker community might view it? Probably not, but if that is somehow involved let it go, as the poker community is one big cesspool of angle shooters IMO.

Since I don't run this site to make money, I am only doing it for enjoyment.

If the site stops being fun for me, I have two options:

1) I can shut the whole thing down
-or-
2) I can remove the element which is making it no fun for me


It's that simple.

At the same time, I don't want to act like a little internet king, so I try to be mostly hands off here, and mostly let the site run itself. As you have all seen, there is no consequence to people who criticize or insult me here. I just don't want people who follow me around to every thread and attack everything I post. I don't think that's asking for very much.

Even Marty himself can attest to the fact that it's a lot harder to run a site like this than it appears.

I get the fact no one likes to be trolled/insulted and yes it's your site so you have the upper hand.

That's why I asked about how you feel about others reading troll posts. Honestly, most members of this forum know you two are complete opposites and dislike each other, to put it nicely, and don't take it that seriously.

Blocking Tyde from your view would solve your irritation from the trolling and most of us don't take it the trolling to heart.
