Micon's story is fantastic. Guy you have followed for years. He's one of our own.

He gives the authorities the middle finger and runs.

We debate his choices, speculate and mock him.

Micon hasn't hurt anyone nor has he stolen anything. Unless you got some love for the Nevada Gaming Commission or authority figures in general - you gotta be privately rooting for this guy to make it.

I am going to offer the hypothesis that Micon is a poker playing Bitcoin loving version of Ken Scalir.

Relatively harmless

Entertaining Possesses good verbal skills.

Innate intelligence. Scalir is a professional student of some sort. Micon can retain all kinds of trivia and string thoughts together.

However, despite the appearance of intelligence both struggle coping with the reality of living in society. There is some defect that prevents them from succeeding.

The original SwC team were brilliant in defining a very narrow role for Micon. He is excellent with his free-styling riffraff nonsense. But as demonstrated by all his actions since Feb 12th this guy has a few teeth missing in his gears.

He appears to make a multitude of silly, poorly thought out choices. Things sooo fucking obvious to a regular human.

Scalir's choice to live with that shrieking woman. Can't remember name. (Fuck I have lost it with names) Self destructive decision making.

I love the anti-hero. You have no idea. I despise conformity. (I cried a little bit when I cyphered-out 'tine has a cubicle & a day job). But I especially like the guy who beats the system cause he is smarter than they are.

I hate to say it but after 1100 posts something as small as BCB's comment killed the hope for me. Then to see he is STILL playing Stars.

I actually don't care about micon playing on stars. I just care about ethical issues. It's extremely risky to have an owner gambling on their own site. Where have we seen that before? I seem to remember someone getting dinged and then rebranding under the sites former initials....
