True market value is probably 325 given what houses are selling for in there for the square footage. Initially I was going to rent it out but I decided to sell it instead. Why? n-words. I didn't realize we had neighbors of the undesirable race. We're talking 3 ghetto'd out cars in the driveway with heavy tints and 20's. So my gf goes to the house this morning to meet the realtor and to be there for appliance delivery. She says the n-words lawn hasn't been cut in probably a month....was two feet long. What the fuck is my play here? Do I ask if its okay for my landscaper to mow or just have him mow the damn thing and see what happens.
