Because it was me and him on the jobsite and no one else. Pulled my entire truck and all it's contents out..nothing. Never had the phone on me, it was sitting in the truck..... it disappeared. had it at 230 pm eating lunch checking twitter. 2 hours later it is gone.
Entire grounds of property walked over 5 times by myself and the neighbor. Not hard to miss a bright ass white phone case either. It wasn't there. That bitch was in his pocket or he stashed it in his car. I think it was in his pocket because I was watching him and there is no way he went to his car to turn it off while we were looking everywhere for it.
I also called it initially and it was ringing 8 times, going to voicemail. Then 20 minutes later I call it and it goes straight to voicemail (it was fully charged, no way it went dead)

Everyone I have talked to says I am giving this guy too much credit, and that he just wants to sell the phone for cash and be done with it.
I have an old EVO but that wasn't charged so I have a very old non smart phone I am using now that I switched to. I will prob switch to the EVO tomorrow, call Sprint and see if I have any options to erase the data someway.
The problem is I don't have the phone (obv), don't have the serial number or anything like that. I guess Sprint has that stuff on file but I think if the phone isn't set properly I am not going to be able to block anything.
