Regarding personal info of scammers, this is the first we've had to deal with this here, so I will set some ground rules.

I agree that if someone is concluded to be a scammer, their personal info should not be private here.

However, since anyone can designate anyone else a "scammer", there needs to be some standards we apply to that designation.

I haven't had time to read this 12-page thread yet. Therefore, I have not yet determined who is and isn't a scammer. Please do not post anyone's personal info in the meantime.

while everyone agrees it was a scam I think we need to go through a few steps first to be unanimous. Druff will read it and rule and they suggested getting an impartial third party unknown to either Jearless or Vegas to rule on it. I think everyone agrees what the out come will be but it's very possible that jsearles will just agree to pay after those steps are taken. Obv if he does not pay after that time then his personal info needs to be outed and steps need to be taken to make people aware of him and getting Vegas paid.
