Both Vegas and Searles need to escrow the $500 prior to any arbitration. It would really be a shame if one of the two was freerolling the other.
Pretty crazy how Vegas picked up on Searles using then instead of than 100% of the time, wtf.
Even crazier is how he got Searles to accept a $500 bet knowing damn well he hasn't written than since kindergarten.

Really?
Should of escrow'd the $500 first but it was a time sensitive hustle.
How crazy would it be if Vegas actually counted and bookmarked the errors before even offering the bet, then acting like he's slaving around the clock to find them, bonafide hustler imo.

As Jsearles attorney I declare the bet void since there's no way for Jsearles to know with certainty that Vegas didn't count the grammar errors in question ahead of offering the bet. It would be a very easy thing to do and the unusually large bet size is very suspicious. Also there is no way for Jsearles to know with if Vegas would of paid up had he lost.
Bet void, escrow in the future.

You do realize that if your claim is the statement is ambiguous than that cuts both ways right? Even if you're right that there are multiple interpretations, you're wrong in that Vegas would owe you money for the very same reason...
The absolute best you could ever hope for is the bet is cancelled, you would never be entitled money
