I purposefully never veered from that path as that was my understanding of the bet. If Vegas felt differently then he should have clarified the terms better. One of the tenets of PFA is the elimination of scum and angle shooting cheaters in our community.
As a charter PFAer, and being one of the pillars of our community, I must bring it before Druff to demand that Vegas be paid in full, or that Jsearless22 be outed as a scamming angle shooter, and be summarily banned.
That is a much better reason then the fact that he is a troll. And I prefer banning him, instead of him getting a scammatar, than turning into UBERTROLL.

It is very clear now that Jsearles likes to parade around here like he knows a thing or 2 about wagering and he knows a thing or two about staking, so much so, that he probably likens himself to some sort of authority on the two... But the facts are pretty cut and dry... He has no idea how any of it works and has no experience with either.

The difference between guys like China and Vegas and myself and you is that we do have integrity (you know, that word you joke about).
Each of us can produce minimum of a dozen people who will willing come in to a thread and say they have had smooth financial transactions with us. You on the other hand can produce no one and nothing... You have been trying to angle for months now and you think you finally found a mark, but no true gambler in the world will rule on your side of this and you 100% owe the kid 500.
If you were attempting to do anything other than angle shoot and scam then instead of being so very careful to deviate from a word or two you would have been very forthcoming in your interpretation of the wager before it progressed one single step.
It's all fun and games when you are tilting people and laughing about it, but now it's an issue of you owing a member of this community 500 dollars and you should probably pay him to save any type of future you may have. Even if you don't care about being a member here. Your obligation does not simply end with a banning or leaving...

Ok so I have read the entire thread pertaining to the bet. Like I said before, the way people feel about you and Vegas personally should not come into play.
Yet after reading the entire thread. You and Vegas were going back and forth about your use of the word "then" for "than". There was a bet that he could find 25 posts where he could find the misuse of the word. You accepted.
Then Crowe Didly bet you he could find a dozen posts from here within an hour. You then came back and said ok 12 posts in an hour with the misuse of both words in a post. Didly then came back and said don't angle shoot, its for the misuse of the word then for than. This is when you said no, the bet with Vegas is for both words misused in a post.
This is 100% an angle shot.
First of all the whole argument was started over the misuse of then for than. This is what Vegas made the bet for.

The onus is not on me to try to either A. talk him out of the bet or B. make the terms more friendly or him. The bet was offered and I fully understood what he was offering as it was written in plain english. I did not deviate from those terms trying to hide anything or angle shoot, I didnt deviate because those were the terms of the bet!
I said it last night and I will say it again. 90% of bets are taken on the premise that the offering party makes a stupid offer. Vegas made a stupid offer and I accepted. I conveyed that I thought it was a moronic offer by my intial $1,000,000 proposal. When I realized he was serious, I let him off of the hook at $500. I even at one point offered him an olive branch telling him I wasnt even being serious and was surprised he took it as such. He continually insisted on the bet so I accepted.
Druff, Steve O and Tony Bags would all be suitable arbitrators for this bet... would you honor whatever side any of those three say should pay?
