I don't know if he's a jr., I didn't read far enough to see the age of perpetrator, but it didn't sound like the same family from what I read, and have heard said about his family.
Who's to say the guy was really born in 1980. Everything the guy has said turned out to be untrue. If the above was true it would be a good reason to change his name. However, he most recent felony probably wouldn't have resulted in only probation I'm thinking.
