He can get arrested for scamming a charity, not for the BAP. I don't think anyone is disputing this. Have you ever been to Rhode Island? If not you'll know there isn't a hell of a lot going on there hence this will not end up at the bottom of a file cabinet.
I have been to RI, never saw it though driving to Boston and NH.

I just cannot see how anyone can be prosecuted for:

1) A CONTRACT not signed by multiple parties (Jasep, investors, Charity). You have verbals and handshakes, just tough to prove

Do you know fucking stupid this sounds? Do you REALLY want to be on a witness-stand saying you gave $100 to a charity you met on a poker website, when you could have MADE THE SAME EXACT SAME DONATION YOURSELF DIRECT TO THE CHARITY?

You have a verbal with people that gamble, with a gambler on Filthy Fimp or whatever it was. Good luck with that.

Unless you have something other than a written contract, you have a bunch of verbals and innuendo.

By pursuing this, you are effectively probably hurting the charity. Did anyone ever think about that? They likely don't want to be associated with a poker website with the words "scamming" and "jesap" and "BAP"s.

Everyone is talking about helping the foundation, and you are one newspaper article away from hurting it.
