If it's on your phone or on some online deal and you don't have screen recording capabilities, just do as many screen grabs and then piece them together later in a video editing tool!

Then next time this happens, you can show actual evidence on YOUR part of the win and not just random emails.

This almost happened to me on a 3K handpay in a Brick & Mortar casino. When I got up from the seat to call someone and tell them that I just hit and was trying to signal them over to my location. I walked just barely out of sight from the machine and I come back and there was an old Asian lady sitting in the chair as the attendant started to approach. She tried to claim it was hers and I laughed and said "Go check the camera, she was nowhere near it!"

The attendant was about to radio to someone to check the video and I told her to wait, I whipped out my... PHONE and showed her the footage of the machine and myself playing it when the jackpot hit and the little Asian scammer quickly shuffled off!

As some of you might recall, I was able to use social media to force Bovada/Ignition to return large sums of money confiscated/no-paid to two third parties, neither of whom had any association with me.

In late 2022, a girl named Mandi from Minnesota won a $250k jackpot, had it on video, and they were putting her through a nonsensical, perpetual "investigation", while her account was locked. They would not explain what they suspected, nor what they were investigating, nor did they give a timetable for when it would be done. She was told over and over to just have patience, and they refused to talk to her about it.

I publicized it on Twitter, and then also appeared on Joey Ingram's show and Matt Berkey's show, as well as posted it to PFA and talked about it on my here. I meant to have Mandi on my show to publicize it there too, but within 48 hours of my heavy publicity of the matter, they abruptly backed down and let Mandi cash it all out. They never explained what was wrong, but it looked clear to me that they were going to just hold it up in perpetuity until they found an excuse not to pay. That was with Ignition, which is the same company.

An arguably worse situation came up with a PFA Radio listener in 2025, who had placed a large prop bet paying $87k on Bovada regarding the Tiktok ban. While that player had clearly won, Bovada refused to pay it because the bet was directly against the house (you couldn't take the other side), so they were finding every excuse not to pay him -- plus the bet was left "live" (not even refunded) and was likely to lose at the end of 2025!

Again, I publicized it in a similar fashion (though I didn't appear on anyone else's show that time), and once again, Bovada acted quickly and paid the guy.



This is the first time I'm going to bat for myself. Strangely enough, they haven't budget yet. But I'm going to keep hammering until they are forced to deal with me. All I'm demanding at the moment is that they let me go through the proper Dispute Resolution process, and then we'll go from there. It fucking pisses me off that they are denying me that process, when it's a matter of so much money. Even if I were wrong, they should allow me to at least have that process because of the amount involved.

The denial there is almost like they don't want to open this up to any scrutiny -- even by their biased Dispute Resolution team -- for concern that it might go in my favor.

I stopped all of this after the incident, as I await resolution. I don't want to make it look like I'm willing to just forget about this and keep playing.
